How do I book my Silver Lake Resort vacation?
There are three easy ways to book your vacation.1. Book Online:
Booking online is our fastest and most popular method of making your reservation. To book online, simply follow the "Book It!" link on the package details page. Then, once you fill our your contact information, select "book online" and fill out the payment information on the next page. When you choose to book online, you will be asked to enter your payment information, and your credit card will be charged the full amount of your vacation at this time. Immediately, you will be sent an email receipt for your payment, and your dates will be held at the resort. Then, within 24-48 hours, you will receive a phone call from a Vacation Specialist to help complete your reservation, schedule your vacation ownership presentation, and answer any remaining questions you may have.
2. Book by Phone:
To book your stay over the phone, simply call the SilverLakeOrlandoResort.com reservation line at 866-614-7177 between the hours of 9am and 5pm CST, Mon-Fri. A Vacation Specialist will help you choose your dates, check availability, reserve your dates, and collect payment information. You will receive an email confirmation of payment within 48 hours, as well as information about your vacation ownership presentation.
3. Request a Reservation:
A reservation request is a way for you to contact Silver Lake Resort about the travel dates you would like to book, and ask any questions you may have before submitting your payment information. To request a reservation, simply choose the package that interests you by clicking the "Book it!" button. Then, fill out your contact information and press "Request my Reservation." You will not submit your billing information at this time. Within 1-2 business days, a Vacation Specialist will contact you to confirm you dates, answer your questions, and book your reservation over the phone.
When will I be billed for my vacation?
Because our packages have limited availability and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, you will be billed the full price of your package upon booking. We're sorry, but we cannot hold a reservation without collecting payment in full.
How do I make special requests, such as early check-in or additional people?
Silver Lake Resort is happy to help you accommodate special requests. You can reach a Vacation Specialist by phone at 866-614-7177, or online by sending an email to CONTACT US. Our Vacation Specialists can be reached Monday through Friday, 9am-9pm CST.
How can I get directions to and from my vacation rental?
Information like maps and directions, check-in and check-out times will all be sent to you via email after you book your reservation. If you require additional assistance, or if you have lost your maps and directions email, please contact a Vacation Specialist at 866-614-7177, and we will gladly re-send you a copy.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my vacation?
Cancellations:
You have up to fifteen (15) days from receipt of your vacation package to cancel a vacation package. Notice of cancellation must be received by Silver Lake Resort in writing in the US Mail or via fax to 407-589-8409 or e-mail to roser@silverlake.net. No other method will be accepted.
Rescheduling:
You may change your date of travel, subject to availability, with 30 days notice, 60 days for summer and holidays in advance. In order to avoid a 1 night's accommodations plus tax charge, any cancellations/reschedules of confirmed travel dates must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. This package is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
Is airfare included in the price of my vacation package?
We're sorry, but we do not currently offer airfare as a part of any of our vacation packages. However, if you would like assistance planning your air travel, one of our Vacation Specialists would be happy to help. Please call 866-614-7177 to speak to a representative.
When will I receive my bonus gifts?
If you have booked a package that includes theme park tickets or other another bonus gift, you will receive your bonus at the end of your vacation ownership presentation, which generally takes place the day after you check-in.
Will I be required to attend a presentation or take a tour?
If you qualify for and book a discounted promotional vacation package, you will be required to attend a 90-minute presentation on the benefits of owning your vacation through timeshare at Silver Lake Resort. There is no obligation to purchase, and the price of the accommodations that you booked will not change should you decide vacation ownership is not right for you at this time. What can I expect on a vacation ownership presentation?
While attending your vacation ownership presentation, you can expect to spend approximately 90 minutes participating in a fun and informative discussion of the benefits of owning your vacation. This presentation, which usually takes place on the day after you check-in, may consist of a walking tour, sales presentation, or both.

Will I be able to bring my children on my vacation ownership presentation?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your child on your vacation ownership presentation. However, if you would like to attend the presentation alone with your spouse, you are invited to leave your children (ages 3-12) at our professionally supervised Kids' Club, where kids of all ages can enjoy fun toys, crafts, and activities.
