Every vacation package is based upon the recipient agreeing to and following all guidelines, rules, terms and conditions herein:

• Every vacation package includes hotel accommodations in the Orlando, Florida area. Additional night(s) may be available.
• If the vacation package includes Car Rental. Car rental is for (1) midsize car similar to Nissan Sentra, with 5-passenger capacity (Upgrades are available), with Continental Car Rental. Car Rental locations are Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami (Additional fee in instances where drop-off location differs from pick-up location). In order to rent the car, customer must meet the following requirements:
  - Minimum age to rent (includes driver) a car is 25 yrs.
  - Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  - Driver's credit card will be authorized for a minimum of $500
  - Major credit cards only - no debit or bank cards even if they have a MC or Visa logo
  - Local residents are subjected to no mileage allowance, Florida residents pay $.25 per mile
• Offer expires December 31, 2010; however, you have 12 months from the date you purchase this vacation package to complete travel.
• Transportation, meals, taxes, gratuities and incidental items are not included in this vacation package.
• Hotel taxes must be paid directly to the hotel and photo identification and a credit card are required for check-in.
• If married, cohabitating, engaged, otherwise similarly committed, or a single woman from the U.S. only traveling with a companion, it is required both persons attend a 60 – 90 minute sales presentation and tour at award winning Silver Lake Resort in Orlando together. Tour will not be scheduled for the date of your arrival or the date of your departure.  No purchase is necessary.
• This vacation package is not available to groups, current Silver Lake Resort owners or employees, persons who have toured at Silver Lake Resort within the past 18 months, persons under the age of 23 or over the age of 68, persons who have a household income of less than $45,000.00, single women under the age of 30 with an annual income of less than $50,000.00 (single women must be from the U.S. only), persons who do not speak and understand English or Spanish fluently, full-time students or those persons residing within a 50-mile radius of Silver Lake Resort.  
• Failure to meet requirements at the time of travel or failure to attend the sales presentation and tour will result in the charge of retail value of accommodations ranging from $85 to $219 per night, plus applicable tax per night, less amounts previously paid on the vacation package, and the forfeiture of attraction tickets.
• Silver Lake Resort reserves the right to substitute hotels and destinations of equal or greater value based on availability. Your actual travel dates are subject to availability.
• Cancellations-You have up to fifteen (15) days from receipt of your vacation package. Notice of cancellation must be received by Silver Lake Resort in writing in the US Mail, or fax to 847-784-9998 or e-mail to customerservice@silverlakeorlandoresort.com. No other method will be accepted.
• You may change your date of travel, subject to availability, with 30 days notice, 60 days for summer and holidays in advance. In order to avoid a 1 night’s accommodations plus tax charge, any cancellations/reschedules of confirmed travel dates must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. This package is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Silver Lake Resort is not responsible in any way for any default, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages suffered in respect to or arising out of services and properties of independent third parties, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and rental car vendors, nor for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes, or Acts of God.
• All federal, state and local laws apply. The sale and fulfillment of this package are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
